If you like a Hiaasen book, you'll like this. It's another book about saving an endangered animal in Florida. spoilers...... I found the side story of the father who had been injured during the Iraq War way more interesting. The relationship of Nick and his father is so well written that I felt the anguish over the loss of the dads arm. I completely understood why Nick was trying to become a south paw to be like his dad. I could have read a whole book about these two.
