I just finished this book and I was really blown away by the writing. Portia writes exactly like she were telling you the story in person, which makes it more relateable. I think ANYONE that has ANY issues with food and/or body image will understand and relate to what she is talking about, and perhaps hearing one person's perspective and how they learned to live with their issues will be comforting to some. I also loved this book for the simple fact that I'm a nosey person, and I like to hear what the celebrity's lives were and/or are like - and she takes you through it all and exactly what was going on in her mind while she was living it. I of course cried a little when she got to talking about Ellen, I always think of them as the perfect couple, and it's fun getting a little glimpse into their private lives.

This is a very, very interesting book, it is also adventurous, I think this is one of my very favorite books. I would recommend it to all genre readers. I guarantee you will love it.
