I was disappointed with this book (although to be honest, I'm not even a big Tina Fey anyway, so I'm not sure why I ever decided to read it). I'll admit, there were one or two times where I registered what I was reading was funny, but not funny enough to actually laugh at. The chapters in this book are so scattered - I skipped over her entire chapter of 30 Rock and how she came to do the role of Sarah Palin on SNL (mostly because I don't care but also because by about halfway through with this book, I was sick of it). I think the expectations for anyone going into this book are that a comedic writer/actor is going to write a book of funny stories, but that wasn't at all what happened here. It's more of a bunch of dull stories where the only thing holding it together is the funny (though-over-packed-thus-not-funny-by-the-time-you-finish-reading) jokes.
