I found it at a thrift shop the day after Christmas without really knowing what it was about. It saved my sanity the first full year in my house as a single-first-time-homeowner. Every morning I looked forward to my few minutes with the day's essay. I enjoyed it so much that I've continued to keep my Gratitude Journal.
