Loved this book, very fast read. I read it almost in one sitting and would have if it wasn't for the fact that I really needed to get to bed. This book is about one woman's experience with being abducted, held captive for a year and the aftermath of the experience. I loved the narrative of the story, thought it being told during her therapy sessions was very interesting and unique. I also found it refreshing that the main character was not presented as a victim but as a survivor. The story itself was riveting and felt true to life. The ending could've been more satisfying but overall I didn't felt like I was left totally hanging like I do with so many books. I look forward to reading more by this author.
A little more hippie than my taste, but pretty good. Basically a butched up more masculine version of a philosophy book.
