I'm really liking this series just because the author gives the characters huge obstacles to overcome before putting them together. They have to work at it and even though they're all lusty for each other from the get go they're not thrown together sexually right out the door, emotions beyond that are involved. The descriptions are a tad raunchy (I could have done without the whole "dripping down her thighs" lines that have been in EACH BOOK so far out of three.) But the story lines are solid and I haven't run into a huge historical descrepancies (everything seems realistic so far)
