A very interesting and detailed book on Islam in America. I got this book late in 2010 and have just finished reading it so it would be interesting to see Dr. Ahmed do a follow up to this (and by exstention his previous book Journey Into Islam: The Crisis of Globalization) on how the Arab Spring has had, if any, on the perception of muslims in the US and abroad.

The 5 love languages are: Words of Affirmation, Gifts, Acts of Service, Touch, and Quality Time. This book discusses why some people feel uncared for by their significant other when their significant other is really trying hard to show them love. It emphasizes the idea that it's because the two people do not have the same love language, so they need to learn to express their love in a way that the other person can appreciate, not just what's easiest for them.
