FINALLY finished this monster that I've wanted to read for 7 years. John Adams is my hero, you guys. He's pretty much the perfect historical figure. Forthright, upstanding, lovably funny, and his personal life stands up to all the scrutiny you can throw at it. What a great man. If only he was running for President this year . . .
I hope to win this book in a giveaway to give to my 7 year old grandson who hates to read and is reading below grade level.
