This is a pretty dark and creepy book that you'll be required to read in high school. Don't let that deter you, though. It's intense and very, very interesting. A quick-paced, action-filled page-turner.
I read this for school and it was ok. It wasn't my favorite by far, but I did learn from it, and it made it more important had I not learned anything at all. I did not like the terribly sad ending though.
