Dug this up again recently after realizing I remembered only the subject, but no details. An interesting read, as it's based on the journal entries of a group of students from Harvard and Radcliffe in the 60's living out a social experiment. Pretty trippy even by today's standards. And leaves you wondering what happened to the grads' long-term plans for society.
New Moon is the second book of Stephenie Meyer's series, Twilight. In this book the characters from the first book continue to tell of the ups and downs of the relationship between Bella and Edward. This is a transitional book, and there is much angst and crying to be done by most who read it. This book further introduces the character of Jacob Black, whose friendship with Bella blossoms into a bit more, making he and Edward rivals for Bella's affection. It also introduces Jacob's friends who live on the reservation where Jacob lives. This book is a 'must-read' in the series. It is an important part of the story. This was not my favorite book of the series but I appreciate for what it is--it moves the story forward, matures the characters a bit, and gives Bella a choice with two very different young men now vying for her heart.
