I was so disappointed in this book. His theories are not very well thought out, and I kept getting annoyed with them. Read "Guns, Germs, and Steel" instead.
Man, I loved it. The big surprise is well... surprising. It's in the running for my favorite. "Black Orchids" still holds it.
