I would give this one 3.5 stars if I could. I enjoyed the entire series but at times got tired of Katniss' self-deprecating and slightly pessimistic attitude. It reminded me a little of Bella from Twilight. That said, this series is categorized as YA and if I put myself back in the mindset of that age group I would probably really connect with Katniss throughout the entire series. The other thing that I liked is that the story took some turns that I wasn't expecting. I can see how this would make a good Hollywood movie and I look forward to seeing it!
Really enjoyed this. I'd like to go back and reread to see what I missed.
