This little romance had some good points, but it was hard to feel what the characters were feeling. There was a lack of chemistry, and I had trouble understanding why two vanilla people had split up in the first place. The book finally explains this, but still I just couldn't see them acting the way they did. I did feel that the author had a good point to make about the spouse of a person who is in full-time ministry, so I liked the book for that reason. But as far as being a pleasant little romance, it didn't deliver.
