The only good reason I can think of for learning to drive.
This is another great Margaret Atwood book where the "plot" is secondary to the amazing character development. The intricate details of 3 women's lives are woven in glorious Atwood prose, so that you feel a truly close connection with the characters. The only problem is that I read it over a period of weeks, so by the end it was a bit hard remembering which details went with which character. Otherwise, a wonderful reading experience!
