Cute little first regency romance by this author. I did enjoy this story, complete fluff but the ending was a little on the dippy side.
I only read 10 or so pages. I didn't like it. I've tried to read his stuff before. On the cover it compares him to Borges, Rushdie and Marquez. I highly disagree. His writing is more like Italo Calvino's though possibly even more pretentious and self-conscious.
It wasn't the greatest book ever, but I'm glad I read it because it gave me a new understanding of the world.
