I really enjoyed reading this series. The books are really quick reads - book candy. I did like the story and the characters. I found this series to be very clean and uplifting. There were a couple of slow sections where I just skimmed, but overall I enjoyed them. I loved the character Leah. I have always been interested in and fascinated by the Amish culture, and I learned lots about it from reading these books.
