This book is about a girl who deals with making new friends while loosing past friends. She has to move on because the friends she thought were friends are starting not to talk to her, leave her, and betray her and her feelings. What will happen when her "friends" boyfriend does something to her and her "friend" doesn't believe her? She has to deal with a lot her first year of high school. I can make a text to world connection because this story is very real. My friends have been in situations where they never knew how to get out of. You confused and you want help but dont know how to get it and how it will start. This girl was the same way, in that, they connect! I think this was a good book and I think it deserves a 4 because it was detailed and you feel like your in the story. Its like everything was happening to you, you feel the emotion itself. I think it was really good but could of been a little bit more interesting.
