Ah, this one diverts from the TV series a bit, gooood. Martin has the eerie capability of writing the most horrendous acts of torture. Thankfully it's also fun to read. I enjoyed this volume more than the last one. Possibly because it was less predictable, but I also thought there was more variety in the different character's stories (a very good thing).
