Lily's angry at her mom. They had to move again after her mom's breakup, and the only place they can find to stay is Great Uncle Wes's creepy summer house in Cape May, NJ. What Lily doesn't know yet is the place is crawling with ghosts, from a spiteful teen who does horror makeovers to Uncle Max to two sunbathers who don't know they are dead. The place has it all. Now Lily must solve the secret of her family's past before she joins the ghosts haunting the house.
This book did a great job of showing Morgan's continual struggle between good and evil, and her discovery that it might not always be cut and dry. The relationship she forms with Ciaran is heartwarming a little, and I found myself rooting for him, hoping he wasn't as evil as everyone says he is. I hope we find out more information about him in coming books that proves that. :) Morgan's stubbornness sometimes irritates me, like why she kept herself from Hunter, or how she finds out a little information and cling to that as truth, stubbornly refusing to hear anything else. I wish she would seek out more information and try to find out more. I can't wait to start the next book, though and see where everything is headed.
