A child soldier story with a happy ending. Not sure that that's the truth for most of them. It's a very graphic story, but also contains insights into Sierra Leonian daily life. Being me, I would have been interested to hear also about the technical aspects of rehabilitation, etc. It was interesting how reluctant the boys were to participate at first...anyway, worth a read.
