I loved the beginning of the book and the idea of a happiness project. 5 stars for all the thinking and changing it's leading me to do. 2 stars for how Gretchen Rubin spent her time. Our happiness projects are SOOOOOO different, which is fine. I just wish she'd spent more time helping the reader set up their own happiness project and less time talking about her own personal journey.
