Warriors the Power of Three: Outcast is by Erin Hunter still following Lionpaw, Jaypaw, and Hollypaw’s lives as apprentices. Things change when they are chosen to go to the mountains along with their parents and the previous journeying cats for the last prophecy. Breezepaw is brought along much to his dismay. Their reason for the journey is to help the mountain cats, who drove Stormfur and Brook from their home but now must return to save their Tribe. The apprentices are beginning to find answers to their many questions, but now with all three knowing of the deep hidden, mysterious prophecy about them…there are still many more question to ask and answers to find. This book was a huge teaser out of the third series. I was happy to find that Lionpaw’s power has something to do with the ability to fight and never become hurt, but I still think that ability might still be shrouded in mystery. Hollypaw however seems to not like seeming anything proven wrong, she’s to perfectionist! Erin really makes me annoyed with this character seeing that she never wants to think outside of the box, only in. The title significance of this story has to do with many characters actually, Stormfur and Brook for being sent away from their home and be thought of dead, but only for them to return; the outcast, shady cats who are stealing from the Tribe; and Breezepaw who just can’t seem to catch his father’s attention without creating trouble, and doesn’t fit in with the traveling group.

Do I really need to say a whole lot here? I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book and the other three as well. I can't believe it took me so long to read this...I'm obsessed!
