I used this book in my graduate interior design seminar where the students refine their personal design philosophy. Many of the entries were very inspiring.

Disappointment. I honestly thought Supernaturally would exceed expectations, given how Paranormalcy ended, but I suppose I've come to terms that the series is more of a YA Romance than YA Paranormal. The characters were fun to follow and had potential for expansion, but several things bugged me. 1)"Tasey." I think I mentioned this in the first review before, but I really cannot look past the kiddy language in this series. I get it, Evie is cute, heartwarming, and lovable but I can't take any character who calls a taser "Tasey" seriously. Also, Evie seems scared and lost half the time, and when she "bagged & tagged" a vampire, it just seemed forced. 2) Evie and Lend. I can't even. My goodness. Evie's life revolved around Lend. Yes, she was in a new school, new life, new whatever... but her mind was constantly on Lend, constantly on trying to make him happy, trying to get kisses from him. If Lend was unhappy, she fell into a sad, black hole. If I remember correctly, there was a sentence that said, "Lend rewarded me with a kiss." Pardon me, but I hate that. I hate that Evie is constantly seeking Lend's approval and affection. 3) Lend didn't really play a part and was oh so boring. With that said, the 'villain' in the story was quite surprising. I was slightly shocked, but the climax quickly died. There was hardly any action in the story or much substance. I find myself frustrated because I like the author's writing style but the story didn't do much for me, unfortunately.
