I struggled a bit through this book albeit the beautiful way it was written. I guess I felt like it took forever to get to the true story and although that was part of the charm.. I really just wanted to scream at dear Cassandra to get on with it. I guess I'm just not really one to enjoy a languid almost romantic story set in England.. although I would love to live in that castle.
